1. The Promoter
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions and prize draws promoted on this website.
1.2 The promoter is BEE THE WINNER LTD, company number 17027870 (“Bee The Winner“, “we“, “us“, “our“).

1.3 By entering any competition on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in force at the time of entry.
1.4 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you enter will apply.
2. The Competitions
2.1 We run competitions and prize draws on our website from time to time.
2.2 The details of each competition, including the prize, ticket price, closing date, maximum number of entries, any cash alternative and any specific restrictions, will be shown on the relevant competition page on our website.
2.3 Each competition is subject to these Terms and Conditions together with any additional details displayed on the relevant competition page.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Each competition will open and close on the dates and at the times shown on the relevant competition page.
3.2 All entries must be received before the stated closing date and time. Entries received after that time will be void and will not be entered into the draw.
3.3 Each valid entry will be allocated a unique entry number.
3.4 To enter online, you must:
- create an account on our website;
- provide accurate and complete information;
- purchase the number of entries you want, subject to any stated maximum.
3.5 A free postal entry route is also available for each competition and is set out in Schedule 1 below.
3.6 By entering a competition, whether via the paid route or the free postal route, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us under these Terms and Conditions.
4. Winner Selection
4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
4.2 The draw may be conducted:
- live on one of our social media channels; or
- automatically using a random number generator or similar software.
4.3 Unless otherwise stated on the competition page, the draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
4.4 Our decision in relation to the administration of the draw and the selection of the winner is final.
5. Paid Entries and Refunds
5.1 Paid entries are non-refundable except where:
- we cancel the competition; or
- we are required by law to make a refund.
5.2 Account credits, wallet balances and paid entries are otherwise non-refundable, but may be used against future competitions where such functionality is available on our website.
6. Cancellation, Suspension or Changes
6.1 We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, extend or amend any competition where this is necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, legal reasons, technical issues, operational reasons or to ensure the competition is conducted fairly and lawfully.
6.2 If we cancel a competition, we will refund paid entries for that competition.
6.3 We may also extend a competition where this is necessary for operational or technical reasons, provided that such extension is made clear on the website.
7. Eligibility
7.1 Our competitions are open only to persons who:
- are aged 18 or over; and
- are resident in England, Scotland and Wales.
7.2 Our competitions are not open to:
- our employees;
- any person professionally connected with the administration of the competition;
- members of the immediate families or households of those persons.
7.3 By entering, you confirm that:
- you are legally eligible to enter;
- all information you provide is true, complete and accurate;
- you are entering in your own name.
7.4 We may require proof of identity, age and address before accepting an entry or awarding a prize.
7.5 We reserve the right to refuse, disqualify or void any entry where we reasonably believe that:
- the entrant is not eligible;
- false or misleading information has been provided;
- the entrant has attempted to manipulate the competition or gain an unfair advantage;
- these Terms and Conditions have been breached.
7.6 No refund will be due for entries disqualified due to ineligibility, fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.
8. Invalid Entries
8.1 We may reject entries that we reasonably believe:
- have been generated automatically;
- have been submitted in bulk;
- have been completed by third parties;
- are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or tampered with;
- use false identities, multiple names, multiple addresses or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
- were received after the closing date;
- cannot be matched to a valid registered account.
8.2 Entries on behalf of another person are not permitted.
8.3 Joint entries are not permitted.
9. Maximum Entries
9.1 A maximum number of entries per person may apply to a competition.
9.2 Where a maximum applies, it will be shown on the relevant competition page.
9.3 We reserve the right to void any entries that exceed the stated limit.
10. Technical Issues
10.1 We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to website issues, internet failures, payment issues, email problems, technical malfunctions or other matters outside our reasonable control.
10.2 Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of receipt.
11. The Prize
11.1 The prize for each competition will be described on the relevant competition page.
11.2 Where stated on the competition page, a cash alternative may be offered instead of the advertised prize.
11.3 If a cash alternative is available, the winner must notify us within 5 working days of being contacted, unless a different timeframe is stated on the competition page.
11.4 The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
11.5 We reserve the right to substitute the advertised prize with:
- a cash alternative; or
- a reasonable alternative prize of equal or greater value,
if the original prize becomes unavailable or circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.
12. Winner Contact and Announcement
12.1 We will contact the winner using the contact details registered on their account.
12.2 We may contact the winner by email, telephone or both.
12.3 We may publish the winner’s first name, surname initial, town or county, and winning entry number on the competition page, on our website or on our social media channels where reasonably necessary to demonstrate that the competition has been properly conducted.
12.4 By entering, you agree to participate in reasonable winner announcement and publicity activity if requested by us.
13. Claiming the Prize
13.1 The winner must respond to us and claim the prize within 21 days of the draw or our first successful contact attempt, whichever is later.
13.2 If the winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, fails eligibility checks or does not claim the prize within that period, we reserve the right to redraw the prize and select another valid entrant.
13.3 In such circumstances, the original winner will have no further claim to the prize.
14. Delivery of the Prize
14.1 We will arrange delivery of the prize after the winner has been verified.
14.2 Delivery may be made in person or by courier, depending on the nature of the prize.
14.3 Unless stated otherwise on the competition page, standard delivery costs will be covered by us.
14.4 Additional costs arising from special delivery requests, failed delivery attempts, re-delivery or winner-specific delivery requirements may be charged to the winner.
14.5 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the nature of the prize and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14.6 If the prize is a vehicle, responsibility for insurance, tax, registration and legal compliance passes to the winner on handover unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15.2 Subject to clause 15.1, we shall not be liable for:
- any indirect or consequential loss;
- loss of profit;
- loss of opportunity;
- disappointment relating to a competition or prize;
- technical issues outside our reasonable control;
- any loss arising from acceptance, use or enjoyment of a prize.
15.3 Your statutory rights are not affected.
16. Data Protection and Privacy
16.1 We will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
16.2 By entering a competition, you agree that we may use your personal data:
- to administer the competition;
- to verify eligibility;
- to contact you if you win;
- to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
16.3 Where a prize is provided in partnership with a third party, we may share the winner’s relevant contact details with that third party where necessary for prize fulfilment.
16.4 If you opt in to marketing, we may send you promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
17. Website Use
17.1 You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
17.2 You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.
17.3 We may suspend or withdraw access to the website at any time for legal, technical or operational reasons.
17.4 We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from bugs or viruses.
18. General
18.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18.2 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not amount to a waiver of that provision.
18.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your entry into a competition, unless expressly stated otherwise.
18.4 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Schedule 1 – Free Postal Entry
1. A free postal entry route is available for each competition.
2. To enter by post, you must first create an account on our website using your real and accurate details.
3. Each postal entry must be sent on a separate postcard and must clearly state:
- the name of the competition;
- your full name;
- your date of birth;
- your postal address;
- your email address;
- your telephone number.

5. Only one entry per postcard is permitted.
6. Postal entries must be received before the closing date shown on the relevant competition page.
7. Postal entries received after the closing date will be void.
8. The details on the postcard must exactly match the details on your website account.
9. If we cannot match a postal entry to a valid registered website account, that entry will be rejected.
10. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.
11. We accept no responsibility for postal entries that are delayed, lost, damaged or not delivered.
12. Postal entries will be treated in the same way as paid entries and will have an equal chance of winning.
13. We reserve the right to reject postal entries that are illegible, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms.
Schedule 2 – Force Majeure
A force majeure event means any circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- flood, fire or explosion;
- epidemic or pandemic;
- war, riot, civil unrest or terrorist attack;
- government action or legal restriction;
- interruption or failure of utilities, systems, software, hosting or communications services;
- any event making it impossible or impractical to run the competition as planned.
Where such circumstances arise, we may suspend, vary, extend, amend or cancel a competition.
Schedule 3 – Website Terms
1. By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any other policies referred to on the website.
2. Our website is made available free of charge.
3. We may update, suspend, withdraw or restrict access to any part of the website at any time.
4. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone using the website through your internet connection is aware of these Terms.
5. Our website is intended only for users in England, Scotland and Wales.
6. All intellectual property rights in the website and its content are owned by or licensed to us.
7. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, frame or commercially exploit any content from the website without our prior written consent.
8. The content on our website is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice.
9. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our website.
10. You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material, or attempt unauthorised access to the website or related systems.
11. We accept payment methods shown on the website at the time of purchase.
12. Where these Website Terms conflict with the main Competition Terms and Conditions, the main Competition Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
